James Kohler has a Masters of Science degree in Kinesiology, the study of human movement, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He has over 10 years of personal training experience and has worked with people of all ages and capabilities. James is confident in his ability to lead you in attaining your health, fitness, and performance goals. The exercise programs created are results driven in the safest and most effective way, and unique to each client.

James is completely committed to making sure his clients feel better, reach their target goals, and see results. Personal training packages include a nutrition plan constructed specifically for you, no “cookie-cutter” diets here.

James acts as your wellness coach throughout the entire training experience by offering ongoing support via phone or email. He has developed a system that works and keeps his clients motivated.

Training Locations for One-on-One or Group Training include:
Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, West Los Angeles, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, and Malibu.

A gym rental fee is included into the package value. If rent is non-applicable at the location, such as an in-home training facility, packages will be adjusted accordingly.

Sessions are approximately one hour in duration. In-home training services are also available, the package values will vary dependant upon your location in the Ventura County and Los Angeles area
