James is completely committed to making sure his clients achieve their goals and reach their full potential. In addition to the training program, clients will receive a nutrition plan which will be constructed specifically for them and their targeted goals. James acts as a fitness consultant throughout the whole training experience.

Group training and online training are also available.

* Training facilities are located in the Los Angeles vicinity (SFV, SM, WH, WLA, and BH)
* In-home private training is also available

 ONLINE TRAINING AND SUPPORT

Whether you are just beginning or advanced; a casual trainer or a competitive bodybuilder; James will provide you with invaluable infromation that can help you reach your full individual potential. You will receive an individual training routine constructed specifically toward you and your outlined goals.

You will also receive a nutritional program geared toward your targeted goals. Further, you will be able to talk directly to James over the phone for a one hour consultation. You can ask him questions on contest preparation, training, nutrition and supplementation. Kohler will act as your fitness coach and hold you accountable in reaching your goals.
