James Kohler’s education (BS, CSCS) and experience will lead you in the direction necessary to reach your health, fitness and/or performance goals. The exercise programs are results driven and individually designed, in the safest and most effective way.
James is completely committed to making sure his clients achieve their goals and reach their full potential. In addition to the training program, clients will receive a nutrition plan which will be constructed specifically for them and their targeted goals. James acts as a fitness consultant throughout the whole training experience.
Group training and online training are also available.
