James holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Kinesiology, equipping him with the knowledge to effectively design and implement physical activity and nutritional programs for his clients. In addition, he is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA. He has successfully helped numerous fitness enthusiasts develop their minds and bodies for the past 10 years. James is also a professional bodybuilding champion within 2 natural (drug-tested) organizations, competing in 11 events to date. He has become an expert within the health and fitness industry through his formal education and real life experiences.
